I have had an investment property in Townsville for five years. I have gone through various real estates in relation to renting the property and none of them have been as professional, friendly and efficient as Townsville Property Centre. I was given Townsville Property Centre's number (through a family member who uses their services in relation to their rental property) to phone to see what they could offer me in regards to my rental proeprty. From the moment I made contact with Townsville Property Centre and, in particular, Rebecca McIntyre, I have had nothing but 100% service and attention from them/her.

Within an hour of making initial contact by phone, Rebecca was at my rental property taking photos and advising of the process and steps necessary to enable Townsville Property Centre to put the property on the rental market. A price of $360 per week was agreed with the option to lower the price if the current rental market was slow. The other two/three real estate agents that I had contacted in the lead up to contacting Townsville Property Centre were only offering $320 - $330 a week maximum rental ret urn. None of the other real estate agents made any effort to come and inspect the property or showed any desire to have the property on their books which was disappointing to say the least considering the rental crisis that Australia as a whole is experiencing.

Within less than 24 hours of the house being on the Townsville Property Centre website for rent, Rebecca had three contacts which she diligently followed up and within less than week, prospective tenants had been to inspect the property and a 12 month contract had been signed by the successful tenant at the asking price of $360 a week. My experience with Townsville Property Centre has been nothing but outstanding and I have recommended their services (particularly Rebecca McIntyre) to friends and family who have other rental properties in the area and I propose that you do the same.

My flatmate Andrew and I were looking for a rental property somewhere in Bushland Beach. I contacted Aaron from Townsville Property Centre and gave our credentials for a rental property.
